41. Configure sound file parameters dialog

Figure 41.1 shows the dialog Configure sound file parameters, which is accessible from the menu Configure >> Sound file parameters. On Mac OS X, look for the Sound File tab after selecting Kangas Sound Editor >> Preferences.

Here you can specify characteristics of the generated .WAV files and the size, in bytes, of a buffer used in computing sound files. We have found the settings shown produce satisfactory results, but feel free to experiment. The number of channels here is two (stereo); more than two channels isn't yet supported.
